I think my team should be renamed team j rod, cos he has done far more towards my score than i have. Over 50% of my points come from him.
Despite the self-serving data benders and associated propaganda to the contrary, I am led to believe that there are pockets of organised, highly sophisticated dopers, even within 'new age' cycling teams. Personally, I don't accept that the 'dark era' has ended, it has just morphed into a new guise.

well - a great Tour de Suisse for my boys, but the best is yet to come.   My Tour team will lead the way   (though Jakob seems to have fallen out with team management and will not be contributing  ::))

Top work Timmy.  Now, if only my team could raise their game accordingly...   ::)

Fignon - In my day, doping methods were derisory and the riders´exploits were massive.
For the last 15 years or so  it has been the other way rond: there is a huge number of ways in which riders can dope, and any exploits are derisory.

Looking forward to the next update.
After Wiggins and Froome at TDF (also a stage win for Miller, Peraud 2nd on same stage, and dom points for Oss), Kwiatkowski in Poland and Wiggins, Froome and Pinotti at Olympic ITT, I hope I can edge up a few places!

Perhaps to try and give an extra element of interest to the Tour of Beijing, I thought I would try and do a brief(ish) analysis (in lieu of official standings, which I understand will be with us shortly) of the possible leaders of this game.

Hugo lead the way at the last update (pre-TdF) and had a strong Lombardia with Samu and Uran on the podium, but have his other riders done enough to hold the lead.

Ryaguas' relies on the WC Gilbert for later part of the season, whereas The Hitch selection of WT leading points scorer Purito surely gives him a shout of the inaugural title.

Without the usual Moncoutie show at the Vuelta can Zam's team hold onto a top 5 performance?

My own team relies on the twin performances of Wiggins and Froome, at the Tour, Olympics and for Froome's part at the Vuelta with some help from Kwiatkowski at his home tour.  Can Peraud score any final points in China?

If AS had anything like a normal season Tuarts would likely have been right up there, with strong showings from Nibali and Rui Costa.

Perhaps a wiining performance from EBH in the Far East, along with a strong late season for Lars Boom, and great 2012s for Henao and Degenkolb will see Timmy win his own game.

Looking through the teams its quite striking how many of 2011 leading riders have underperformed in 2012.

Sorry if I've missed anything, but did we ever get to know how this finished?
All this talk about equality. The only thing people really have in common is that they are all going to die.
