That looks totally nuclear. Can you explain how it works, subbles? Is it some sort of hot-air-meets-cool-air convection?

Thats a super Cell,  I'm not an expert particularly but yeah they form when cold air hits warmer air in low pressure.   Like the shower clouds that sometimes form in Europe after a cold front but a lot bigger.  They are quality.

Basically its rising warm air condensing because its colder further up.

I was driving in New Hampshire (through the White Mountains), and a moose raced across the road in front of me.  Had to slam on the brakes, and then out of nowhere it disappeared into the thicket.

Craziest driving experience ever

I really want to see a moose irl, it is a dream :D unfortunately two trips to Canada and 1 to Scandinavia wasn't enough :(

Thanks, got tonnes more though not many match the Leopard pic.
I was using a Video cam which was very high quality but obviously still not ideal for taking pics so they dont come out very good. I was mainly focusing on recording though and was just photographing on the side so it was easier to use a Video cam.

Ok that makes sense. 8)
