 Vittoria Evo CX air leakage?

I glued new evo cx tubs, I did not notice any air loss when tire was on rim to stretch 2 days before at 10 bar (I will not convert that in psi) :fp, but when I mount red vittoria extenders (those new one which installed at valve base) and glue them on rim they leak air something about 4-5 bar for 3 days without even riding them.
Did I miss something, maybe put too much pressure  when tighten extender, paint solvent when removing glue from breaking surface maybe damage base tape. Maybe I should put teflon tape on valve extender base, or this is normal for evo cx tubs.
I had same issues with tubeless tires, they where awful air leakage but when add some stans they were much better.
What should I do, put vittoria pit stop or remove tubular and do something else?

Lots of guys use Stan's tire sealant in the tubs. Have you tried it?

First off you should not store tubulars at pressue, latex tubes what are inside of those Vittorias are more permeable than a regular butyl tube and will lose a lot of pressure over a few days.  You're right about using teflon tape around the valve stem threads for the extender, should solve some of the air escaping.  You could use Stan's in conjunction with these suggestions, but unless you're suffering from flats or at risk of,  I wouldn't bother.  Here in the Rocky Mtn. West we have these little buggers everywhere called goathead thorns, they can ruin your day, badly.  I have to run Stan's in everything, no choice.

Thanks guys, why did you not tell me that before I spent 1 1/2 tube of glue already :fp, I mean it is glued as doomed day is comming.
It can hold Ullrich at present weight about 90kg at 95km/h descent :win

Those new and expensive as gold valve extenders (in fact rip of for 20GP for two) do not have removable valve core, what system should I use to put some stans or whatever inside ( I was thinking about vittoria pit stop??)
