It seems unlikely that Cavendish will hit top-15, but now that I think about it, when has he ever really had something to ride for in a TT? Normally he'd probably take it easy rather than go all-out. If he does give it everything this time, no one really knows what he could do. And it's not like there's a whole lot of TT specialists left either.

Still, he probably won't make it, but I'd like to see him try.
