I was just preparing my cereal for my breakfast tomorrow, Weet-bix, sultanas and milk (to be added in the morning) and I though it might be something we could discuss.
What do you have for breakfast?
-
Chocolate biscuits
-
I had two sandwiches and yoghurt with cruesli ;D.
-
Depends on workout/day...usually toast and nut butter.
Espresso...
sometimes bowl of oatmeal and yogurt before a ride
-
Porridge in the winter
Muesli and fruit in the summer
and lots of coffee
-
:fp
Shall we do lunch and dinner next? ::)
Tea, a banana, either croissants or toast, depending on mood and availability. Or, some cereal. I don't really do a proper breakfast because it just makes me hungry all day.
-
Has to be Vegemite on Toast or a bowl of Corn Flakes

we can always susbstitute vegemite through sh*tting on a piece of bread and eating it. It tastes the same ;D

You mean a peanut butter sandwich then. It looks the same.
Pongal half the days for me, later in the day, I always regret the accelerated digestion processes due to it.

* Porridge with giant flame raisins, rhubarb compote or bio honey and some seeds (e.g. linseed)
... or else I walk up to the bakery for a baguette à l'ancienne if I can be bothered.
* Strong coffee
* Homemade fruit shake (some recipes here in Krebbles' Kitchen thread)

coffee sounds good but I can not drink it unfortunately as it most of the time disagrees with me terribly.
