Two rides over the weekend, Saturday's passing through Rotselaar where this 14th century tower can be found:

As you can see, on Saturday it was a bit cloudy but at least the rain held off.

Another ride out in Flanders today, this time following the route:

    Boortmeerbeek --> Keerbergen --> Baal --> Werchter --> Hambos --> Boortmeerbeek

Here's the Café Plaza in Baal, aka the home ('lokaal') of the Sven Nys Supporters Club.

16 hours/600km this week functional overtraining, next week 10 hrs recovery, then 14hrs week, then 18hrs of functional overtraining, I hope so, some sort or rudimentary 3 weeks block periodization.
Was manage today on group ride hold pace of Kvasina who was keeping 350-370watts on every short to medium hill, then he wait for us and then we continuing, total 115km.
Keep riding folks, that is what motivate me these days.

slowly. mainly due to my inability to do my physio exercises. one of the downsides to having ADD tend to be a bit all or nothing.

am hoping to get myself back doing physio this week and hope that will fix things but hope that most weeks

Even if you tell yourself to do only one of the exercises it might get you going...baby steps.
You can lays stop after one but you likely will do a bit more...
Good luck! Remember easier to do now than 10 years from now..... :fp  :tu

Write a note stick it on the mirror, computer etc.

When you brush your teeth, sit down to spam threads , see the note stop what you had planned and do your program, then continue on.

if only it was that easy....

in fact i have a note on my front door that says pills. every day i reach door. see note, go back and take my medication. i have told my wife if she ever wanted to kill me she should remove that note.

in this case it would require me to remember to write the note when i got home

Cheese slicer, excellent. Good to know that the Swedes make good use of the fruits of our great intellect.

And yes, legalised hookers and pot.

Oh, how bountiful the Dutch mind is.

Don't tell anyone, but we secretly make the cheese from squashed tulips. Then add some weed for taste, and bone marrow from worn out hookers for colour. Only for the most expensive cheeses do we use milk: we milk the hookers that got an unwanted pregnancy.

And another little-known fact about our industrial little nation: we use the spent hookers, aborted babies and of course all our euthanised elders to make another famous Dutch product: the frikandel.

Yes, we let nothing go to waste.
