Honestly, I just didn't know where else to drop this disturbing story, but it's as "dark" as any story might be.

It's probably more suited for "Sad News" or "Tragic News" but those threads seem to be dedicated for forum members, and I didn't want to alarm anyone unnecessarily by bumping one of them.

I'm not sure how much traction this story has gained outside the U.S. until now (I'm only just seeing that there's a CN story about it, but that's behind a paywall for me atm.)

Anyway...  :(

I just read about this on Cycling Weekly, so the story must now be on all the major cycling news outlets.
    A shocking turn of events.

    It is very dark.

It is also, I have to say, very US. In many other countries, this would have ended in an ugly break-up, not a murder. :(

Some more details revealed (although it's now straying into a morbid soap opera).

I think it's safe to say that Colin Strickland made some horrible decision along they way that, unsurprisingly, put everyone involved at risk.
