Joe Bonamassa, Blues Rock and other A/h favorites
« on: March 06, 2012, 14:55 »
Just thought I'd nip in and claim my place. ;)

Much great music to come, if you like this kind. When I first discovered Joe back in 07, his top youtube clip had around 100k hits. He now has around 30 over 100k. This is his top youtube clip, one of his standards.

For those who have never heard of Joe........those voting in this poll were guitarists and bass players!

These boys are part of 'Bonamassa world', so I'll post them here as well as in the main topic.

Ladies, gents, Zammo, a short Grace Potter primer. ;)

By coincidence, this was filmed in Baltimore, which is where I saw Grace last year (and where my cycling fan lady friend is from).

I honestly believe that this woman has all it takes to attain the stature of someone like Tina Turner - if she and her management decide they want to go that way - personally, I fervently hope she doesn't wind up as a commercial superstar.

The lady has one hell of a voice, and everything else too. :-*

Not only is this a killer version of the Blondie classic, but it is VERY visually appealing! :-* I cannot adequately express what an utter turn-on a beautiful woman playing a Flying Vee is to me. 8) :-* :win

Another soft one from the last cd, because she just looks so beautiful and because it shows how easily she could become the new female primadonna. :-*

...and finally, management/record company/whoever morphed it into something fit for MTV and similar by making an artsy video, which has now had far more hits than probably all her other youtube clips put together.  :fp

Thanks to those of you who have PMed me on my day of great sadness. Here is my last ever video of Michael from his last ever show less than 24 hours before his untimely death. These two numbers show what he could do both with the guitar and with his voice, despite already being unwell.

Today, on the 17th anniversary of his death, a small tribute to one of the greatest guitarists ever, Rory Gallagher.
