50 Tracks and then gone
« on: March 08, 2012, 07:00 »
Well, seeing as the idea of having your own individual music thread was mine, (I think) :P I'm starting one.  You might get to hear Techno, indy, grindcore, death metal, other assorted stuff and even punk if you're lucky!

May as well kick off with some Autechre - this track from the Untilted album inspired my username believe it or not.. It goes on for a while but its worth it in the end.

I dunno, but it makes the other jukebox thread a bit less cluttered I suppose,  I'm not saying my taste in music is any better than anybody else's - I suspect most people will think its crap if they're bothered to look.

     :P

Yeah, I'll endeavor to put more listen-able mainstream stuff into the jukebox also.
some of my selections don't come with a video so I'll probably put them here.

    heres one-

I've decided that after 50 tracks this thread will be put out to grass and retired - that means 45 or so to go!  :-*

    OK. another sublime track-

Sorry about this one.  :D  Make sure granny has gone to bed.. Anyway Napalm with probably their most brutal and uncompromising record..   Some expert wall of sound guitar from Bill Steer and the rapid drummer Mr Mick Harris on good form.

You can now see why I dont post these on the main Jukebox thread,  I'll probably get my ass run out of town very quickly if I did.

    Speed Jack again-

    Extreme Noise Terror.
The vocalist Phil Vane is no longer with us alas.   The guy with the short hair, black T shirt not the punk spiky for the unfamiliar ENT listeners. RIP Phil.

Thanks.  Heres another one for the techno fans including myself!   kind of a slow start but just builds,  LFO - Advance is a classic LP and this is a track from that one - Loch Ness.

Autechre.     I'm not so sure the Confield LP went down that well with the "experts" but I was happy with it.   Pen Expers is really good.

Suede came out with a handful of stunning records then kind of died after the guitarist left.   This in their heyday:-
