Well here's my trusty steed  :P

2010 Focus Varaido now running an 11-26 SRAM rear cassette on Bontrager Race Wheels (already started changing bits) although the wheels cost me nothing as the nice bloke who ran me over replaced the wheels. Look Keo pedals recently added and it'll be getting a new set of boots just prior to the first Sportive in March.

For a first bike it's been an absolute bargain, grabbed it right at the end of the season and it was knocked down from £1100 to £600. Eventually it'll be a good winter/training bike when I have enough cash for an all Carbon one but it got me round the Midland Monster, Dragon Ride, Tour Ride (Bury St Eds to Sandringham) and Ride of the Falling Leaves last year without any problems. Did about 2500 miles on it last year and only had one major mishap when the original 105 chain snapped on my first ever Sportive :( Needless to say that got binned and it's got a Dura Ace 10 Speed Chain on it now.

I spent £800 on a barely-used Boardman Team Carbon early last year, rode it for 8 months, moved to London, and had it stolen.

My new ride is an Barracuda Cipressa. Pro pro.

I had one identical a couple of years ago....sold it and got a deal on a Ridley Crossbow year-end.  Konas are indeed fun bikes.

It's a Giant TCX-0. When I bought it last year, I thought it would be a good winter weather bike. As it turns out, I love this ride so much that it's my first choice year-round.

    Hi BB

Just a caution (FWIW). I had a full DA setup with DA 10 speed chain. Snapped chain (side plate) at 2000km. Now running Wipperman.

A blog suggested regularly checking sideplates for cracking around pins.

    ciao js

I'll post some pics when I get the new house a bit more organised....but some nice bikes here up thread, especially fond of JA T's Dogma..very nice.

I've got a few, a Cervelo S1 (dura ace), A Dolan Volare (ultegra). Terry doesn't make this any more but it's a great bike. A Condor Agio. A Dolan steel framed cross bike (ultegra). And two self assembled track bikes...Oh and a Btwin Hardtail MTB, which I am loving here in the countryside.

Also just going through the process of fitting Q rings to the road bikes, which I am disturbingly over excited about. As I said, apologies for no pics....but they will come.

Of course it was typo, you can ask anyone and they will tell you the same story as I did.
What is your thinking about S1, I am asking that cos riding it for 8-9 moths, and found this:
it is faster then me, awesome on descents, bombproof, poor paint job, stiff as hell, feel every god damn bump (I was thinking different when riding first very few times), not quite good for longer rides (superb for amateurs racing scene), all in all good bike.
