Green Swiss stop brake pads
« on: March 26, 2012, 22:10 »
Is it clever to use those with carbon rims or I should get yellow ones?
On box instruction says for every rim including ceramic.

The green pads are more universal, work with a variety of braking surfaces well, or if you're switching wheels on the same bike often.  The yellow pads are formulated specifically for carbon rims and work the best for that material.  Carbon rim braking is bad enough as it is, I wouldn't think about it too much and just get the best braking performance you can out of your set up.  Don't know about those OBE's, holding out for disk brakes....  ;)
