Michael Appleton sacked at Blackburn today..   What is it with super rich overseas owners?

3 promising up and coming managers like McDermott, Adkins and now Appleton gone in a few weeks.

Paul Ince calls for Managerial transfer window

Jesus Paul.... theres the old addage of keeping your mouth shut and have people think you a fool, opening and proving it..

While i agree the managerial merry go round is a joke, having a one month fire your manager period would be complete flipping chaos

"@SkyNewsBreak: Sky Sources: Neil Warnock steps down as Leeds United manager"

no big surprise that one.. Won two of their last ten games, including losing their last 3 (and drawing the three before that). Gone from playoff contenders with an outside shot of automatic promotion, to 8pts outside the playoffs having played a game more..

I think the draw against Peterborough followed by defeat to Huddersfield both in the bottom three kinda spelled the end, then hammered by Ipswich also in the bottom half.. surprised he lasted till after the Derby match to be honest.. was certainly his last chance.. home defeat.. thats all she wrote..

Wonder if Di Canio is wishing he hadnt jumped to Sunderland, Leeds could have been legend making for him.

Warnock had already said he might leave before his contract expires this summer, and had said he would leave once it became mathematically impossible to get promoted.. so leaves them in the sh*t 5 pts outside the relegation zone.. what a guy..

    I can't stand the guy.
I'm a Liverpool fan and all, and I gave him a chance when he came to Anfield, but he's done the wrong thing several times too many.
And I still can't forgive him for that handball:

while his actions are indefensible, the twitter reaction is crazy.. bearing in mind another british player did that not so long ago to mascherano, the ref saw it, and booked him..

twitter hates suarez the same way they hate sky.

    but it is inexcusable.

Heres a little brainteaser for you..

Seven different players in the Premier league have scored for 6 different clubs..

How many players and the clubs can you come up with (without cheating)

You're right, they'd appear toothless without him. It's rare to find a player with such an appetite for scoring though. Perhaps Liverpool should just provide some sandwiches during half-time?

    Food for thought anyway.
