15+ I'm guessing. Plenty of Aussies and other Evans fans around. And really, is it that unlikely that he'll do much better this year? Okay, he probably can't defend his Giro points, unless BMC has really stepped it up...

It's pretty much Evans or Phil, and more people will pick Phil so I go for the low popularity score :P Plus it's hard to not chase losses in this game...

Yeah. Kind of surprised that you picked Voeckler in favor of Gerrans, also. Though Voeckler could be a key pick with many believing he's past it, physically or otherwise. I don't really know what to think about Europcar being a PRT team all of a sudden. Looking forward to it, though...

That is surprising isn't it. I tried to fit Gerrans in but never really thought about ditching Voeckler for it! It's mainly a risk play on Europcar ramping up the marginal gains with a lot of big talk coming out with the WT spot and everything. Voeckler's ITT at the end of the season was ridiculous so that was enough of a glimmer for me. I like Malacarne and JEROME too but couldn't really work them in, plus had a random zero pointer neopro lined up but he didn't actually sign with them.

    1000+: 0
    500-999: 2
    300-499: 10
    150-299: 5
    100-149: 5
    50-99: 6
    1-49: 5
    0: 1

Total of 27 western Europeans (7 of which are Italians, 5 Dutch and 5 Belgian). Only three non-WT riders.

I am predicting a lower mid-table finish. Unlikely to be in danger of direct relegation, but definitely not going to be in contention for qualification for Europe.

I didnt really pay much attention when i did mine, maybe twenty minutes tops.

CAVENDISH Mark - will do better than last year. word.
URAN URAN Rigoberto - hopefully let off the leash a bit at opqs, should score more points.
STYBAR Zdenek - settled in, classics monster
WIGGINS Bradley - did naff all last year, will do naff all this year, but maybe do less naff all this year than last year
GERRANS Simon - thought he was quiet last year, will do more this year.
HAYMAN Mathew - another one let off the leash, will have a good spring
PETACCHI Alessandro - will get lots of top tens purely from leading out cav
SWIFT Ben - might actually get a chance this year, and sky back at ATOC and the like, lots of 2nd places behind sagan to pick up
COBO ACEBO Juan Jose - gimme
STANNARD Ian - one year he will do better than the previous year
    DENNIS Rohan - ditto
    KOLOBNEV Alexandr - i have faith :D
BASSO Ivan - I have a lot of faith :D
    VAN POPPEL Danny - meh
    RENSHAW Mark - See Petacchi
BAUER Jack - Dunno why i picked him

AS for the rest, mostly Euskadi riders. Had a warped logic that with no more Euskaltel, the feeder team might get some race invites to the spanish races, if there are actually any spanish races left?
