Of course, if this turns out someday to be the industry standard integrated handlebar-computer-braking solution then I'll eat my kevlar-reinforced aerodynamic hat.

L'Equipe reports that national broadcaster France 3 will be televising the women's national championship road race prior to the men's event on June 29th.

France 3 will also show La Course by Le Tour and the GP Plouay-Bretagne in July and August.

This woman excites me in a way that few of the current women's peloton do. Such a powerful rider, all legs and no BS. Anyone who saw the Worlds in Florence last year would agree her potential is enormous and gritty tenacity in spades.

She will suffer a little in the shadow of Vos at Rabo-Liv but there isn't another team strong enough to support the sort of leadership she wants at the moment, I think.

The love is being shared around at Rabo-Liv this season though, that much I have seen, and I don't know if it's intentional. Ferrand-Prévot is starting to deliver (at last) and others are getting a ride. Vos seems to be cool with that or maybe it's just because she took her long break.

I think Vos is starting the cherry pick and help others get results,  for the team strength,  the strong and happier the team more they ride for her when she needs them

Another giant leap as matrix vulpine intend to go uci professional

Great news. Heard Wyman and Wyman at the Tour de France fan park recently and I was very impressed. There was also an interesting piece on them in ProCycling recently. Certainly exciting times for the team.

Hansen-Carlson’s goal is a UCI 2.1 race, which means a multi-day, multi-stage event. (The six-day Tour of Alberta, for example, is a UCI 2.1 race.) He’s hoping at a stage winner will take home at least $10,000. Ideally, its first edition will be before the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio so that athletes can use the event to gain points for Olympic qualification. “That would be great. But, my goal here is to establish an event that is sustainable economically and that becomes a fixture on the calendar, so athletes and fans and broadcasters know that it happens in Vancouver every year. If it takes us until 2017 to do that, I’m totally OK with that,” he said.

Keep an eye out for this
