Ciolek leaves MTN, and now this:
http://velonews.competitor.com/2015/11/news/cavendishs-new-boss-no-more-htc-style-sprint-leadouts_388774

No more HTC style leadouts. Hunh. What do you make of that. And here I was thinking that was where they were headed. But Doug Ryder, the boss man, says such a train is no longer possible in today's peloton!? Well - maybe he is right - with so many teams trying to do the train - there hasn't been the HTC-like domination in those final miles.

I don't know what this does to my avatar. Any thoughts on that? I think maybe we have to give it time to see how things develop for MTN/Dimension.

I find this part much more interesting:
"When we go to the Giro d'Italia, the Tour de France ..." - the team hasn't had a Giro wildcard ever before. What makes him so sure they'll be at the start line anyway?

The #mtn WT "promotion" is a done deal. Not officially, and the UCI is dragging its feet as usual, but it's a done deal.

Is Cipo talking about himself there, only mixing up the nicknames? :P

If he's not, I'll do it for him: :-x
