    I think yes with the Evans race being WT and the TDU being a level higher, but still being able to invite local teams

    It definitely is.

    Hell, there's already been a World Cup race in Geelong (2004-2008; late February/early March though) - why did it stop?
    It should be quite easy to resuscitate that, only a month earlier, don't you think?
