Don't think we had this yet:
    http://velonews.competitor.com/2016/09/news/giro-2017-sardinia-milan-finish-bergamo-stages-stelvio_420296

Giro rumours, from a Sardinia start (Aru) via a.o. Sicily (Nibali), Puglia, Tuscany (Bartali), Castellania (Coppi), a Franciacorta ITT (that's a wine region near Brescia), Bergamo (Bianchi etc., 2nd rest day), Mortirolo, Stelvio, Oropa & Piancavallo (Pantani). Finish probably in Milano.

Yes in Argentina. Usually held just before San Luis. Rosas (who's going through a tough time currently after a teammate/close friend died in a crash involving a vehicle) won a whole bunch of stages this year.

Le Tour de Picardie will not take place in 2017, announced the Courrier Picard.

The failure of the merger between Picardy and test the 4 Jours de Dunkerque, wanted by the new Regional Council of Hauts de France ( read here ) is the reason for the disappearance of the event, scheduled from 12 to 14 May 2017. Indeed, the Tour de Picardie was financed almost 50% by the Picardy regional Council of the newspaper and the regional authority does not want to pay grant of two separate tests. " I have no Plan B ," warned Xavier Bertrand, the new President of the Hauts de France.

The 4 Jours de Dunkerque, less dependent financially from the regional subsidy (10% of the budget) will be well in 2017. But the idea of a Tour Hauts de France 2018 is not abandoned.

the Tour of Picardy had almost disappeared in 2014 after the withdrawal of ASO organization.

same for the 2017 Bayern Rundfahrt, they were not able to get the necessary fundings together

there will be a new one day race in Belgium though, taking place somewhere around Bruges

No surprise there. Once a race is gone, it's gone. :(

This, however, is a surprise. And while Brugge is absolutely beautiful, the terrain is underwhelming to say the least. They'd have to thrown in crosswinds and cobbles to make it interesting.
Also, I wonder if this is a signal that the Ronde start is going somewhere else soon ...?

    http://www.procycling.no/murmansk-ma-vente-pa-arctic-race/

The route for the 2017 Arctic Race of Norway will be presented on 4th January.
It will not include a stage in Murmansk, as the talks with the Russian authorities haven't led to a result yet; but a future visit to the Russian polar port is very much in the plans.

Øst-Finnmark is hinted at as a possible venue for the 2017 (probably with Kirkenes as the race's hub), as is Tromsø.

    Well now....

Not only a shift in dates, but also a move away from the traditional Frederiksberg Allé sprint for the final stage.

Race kicks off in Frederiksberg Town Square on Sept 12th and finishes five days later in Aarhus.

    Quote
We have shuffled the cards in 2017. We will simply PostNord Tour of Denmark and starts the first stage from Frederiksberg Town Hall Square and then runs westward. The grand finale of the fifth stage is the cultural capital of Aarhus with goals on Beach Road next to Tangkrogen. We are also working to expand the finishing circuit, make it a little longer and also harder than previously seen. With the rough terrain, there are also against Aarhus, is set for a really tough final stage in 2017, says race director Jesper Worre.

    Aarhus European Capital of Culture
In 2017 Aarhus along with Region Midtjylland's 18 other municipalities European Capital of Culture. Politically and culturally these are the highest-profile and most important cultural project in Denmark for decades.

    - PostNord Tour of Denmark have thought differently and turned over his head. Thus live it to the fullest up to the ECOC theme: Let's Rethink. The end of the race is also tough and spectacular, and I look forward to the largest stage race gets final in Aarhus, where the mood at the finish line on Tangkrogen always top notch. I am sure that 2017 will be even better when Aarhus is finaleby says Rabih Azad-Ahmad, councilor for Culture and Citizens in Aarhus.

Can't wait for the route announcement before Christmas
