Anyone done this event?

It's in June and we are thinking of sending a team over.

    Never done it myself, but I've heard good things about it.
    Certainly more worthwhile than the one in April from what I've heard.

    Just what I heard/read, can't point to anything in particular.
    But, paraphrasing, that one is a bit "posh" (read, populated by wannabes with more money than biking condition), while the VC Roubaix one is more "normal" and thus closer to the RvV sportive where everyone and his dog is riding.
    Cheaper as well. And I think in the VC Roubaix one you finish in the outside vélodrome, while the finish for the other one is on some anonymous car park.

    But of course, RvV & P-R sportive make for a nice double-header, and the P-R sportive is still a great event. Just not as great as the VC Roubaix one. ;)

    That mirrors what I was told.

    The one on the weekend of the pro race can be a bit hairy due to mixed levels of ability.
