Tour of Japan, is Japan's largest bicycle road race to inherit the "international cycle road race", which had been held over 14 times until 1995 from 1982. In 1996, the opportunity that it has been certified as a stage race in the UCI, to change its name to "Tour of Japan", the first-time tour of Japan was held. From the 16th tournament of 2013, race class "UCI-2.1", and the war is powerhouse players to be active in the UCI pro teams and the world's top level, it will be a high-level international race of Asia highest class.     And the Iranians between half a minute and just over a minute ahead of Antonio Nibali - that's not very impressive at all. He sucks. :P
    Had they distanced him by 4 minutes on the Fuji, it would be different - but they haven't.

    Now only a 2.2 race. Being streamed fully on Youtube, no need to go scurrying to the depths of tiny video hosting sites to find a legal live stream...

    It still remains a "stadium race" in that it's held over multiple laps of short circuits. But Fuji changed last year. It's now a 70+ km stage.

    Earle and Dyball have been 1-2 on both the stages. Lebas came third in Fuji and the GC.
