They had all sorts of nationalities in 2017 and it seems that will continue in 2018. They signed a Frenchman the other day as well.

No longer happening due to Darkside issues.

    (tbc) #minsk Oleksandr Golovash --> Al-Nasr Dubai

this is interesting mainly because Al-Nasr (after a quite successful start 2016) didn't even manage to put a team together this year. Seems like they plan to return

after initially signing for #armee Armée de Terre, Hurel now has to step back to amateur level next year. He hopes to be able to use it as a springboard to return to professional cycling in 2019.

    Belletti is another one

Edit: Rubiano as well, although Nippo wasn't PCT back then

yeah, you're right, somehow I was thinking of three "Grand Tours" only. Bisolti seems to be the only one with all 4 then

How much of your fantasy cycling budget did you blow on Costa just before he announced his sabbatical?

I picked him up for minimum fee, same with the other two. Figured it wasn’t a great loss if they didn’t ride. All 3 of them for 90, when Gaviria cost me 1,110 and Lopez 1,120.

I guess those two large purchases will surprise those that know me. I have them both for 3 years. For reference Froome was 1,070.

     :lol :lol :lol

There was no way I was letting either go somewhere else for 3 years.

Gets a three-year contract (which technically isn't possible for Conti teams, at least not in the stuff they file with the UCI) running until & including 2020.
Goals will be ITT results, especially at European & World Championships and at Tokyo 2020.

Very charitable of Elkov: give him a three year contract to pursue goals for his national team.

well... Reguigui had a decent season on WT level. I thought Bille had retired from cycling a couple of weeks ago. And I never heard about Geoffrey Coupé, nor his plans to create a team. So yeah, this is quite a surprise to me :D

Edit: SOVAC from Algeria will be one of the sponsors of the team, so Reguigui's signing makes sense then

And Bille only retired from international pro cycling by the look of it, he was looking for a team to ride the Belgian calendar for

#aquablue Leigh Howard --> Australian Cycling Academy

    Quote
The move to the Continental-licensed ACA will allow Howard to fully commit to pursuits in the velodrome while keeping a highly flexible road competition schedule across Australia and Asia.

“I will do some [road] racing for the year and they were good in the fact that they said I could do as much or little as I wanted,” Howard said.

“There’s a lot of young guys, so my job will be basically mentoring them and guiding those that have aspirations to race on the road because I’ve been there and done that for quite a few years.”
