that´s a joke no?
Why should it be?
Italian seasoned pro who's seen it all moving seemlessly from the saddle behind the team car's steering wheel.
It's what always happens.

Gaspa will arguably not be the kind of DS cycling needs even more of, but what can you do.

Janez Brajkovič has signed with #adria for 2018, coming back to the team where he started out as an U23 riders before turning pro.

Then it must be Tristan Hoffman. Damned similar to Gasparotto at this angle though. Just a bit older. :P

    Excellent news:
    https://twitter.com/TeamCOFIDIS/status/959464312371851265

    Daniel Teklehaimanot #didata17 --> #cofidis :cool

Makes sense for the team, they get an attacking rider who's proven that he can win #kom jerseys and reach GC top-10s in week-long stage races.

yeah, good to see that he found a team. In the Cicloweb forum one user said that he had signed a pre-contact with Delko, but apparently (for whatever reasons) it didn't work work out in the end

In hindsight, that's not a bad thing for Daniel T: I consider Cofidis to be a far better team than Delko. And not just because of their two GT wildcards - Delko often give off an air of 'every man for himself', while Cofidis does a lot to truly be a team.

and they are still looking for some race invitations, by the look of it ;)

    Quote
2018 is already well under way - so it's probably time I told ya all what I'm up to this year - or at least part of it... Sadly my riding last year wasn't such that I was able to stay with @israelcyclingacademy - but not for lack of trying or wanting - I just took a bit too long to work out some sneaky old injuries. That said, My two years there were some of the most enjoyable I've had while riding my bike for a living and I'll still be seeing my old team more often than not in our mutual euro-home of Girona... So, with a few more points I want to prove, a few more countries I need to race in - and of course the Commonwealth Games in Australia - there's no way this journey-man can hang up his racing wheels just yet.

It took a lot of pondering at the end of last season but I've decided to (once again) follow my heart and do something a bit different. I'll be racing with the @embracetheworldcycling guys this year - which means doing smaller races again - but racing in far flung races, in way-out-there places.

A eclectic and different race program, with some great videography skills and a charity aspect... sounds like my kinda setup. Not to mention @canyon
and @dtswiss goodies to play with 😍

Sunday I race the Africa Champs here in Kigali, Rwanda - and then I'm back in Europe and will be getting ready for my first race in my new colours. Which, obviously, excites me!

I will also be doing a few other things on the side... But I'll leave it at that for now.
p.s. if anyone has any great/interesting 2.2 UCI race suggestions I'm sure my team would love to hear them 😉

JJ Lobato #jumbo17 --> out in the cold --> #nippo

Three cheers for the cheap seats. Better than #meridiana, because that would have been like an admission of guilt or something.

Could be a good career move in some ways because I thought he was struggling to deliver anyway. He could win a bit at PCT level and then step up again in a smaller, more flexible WT team.

Rumours of Daniel Crista signing for #nice are greatly exaggerated. ;)

He did start the Tour of Fatih Sultan Mehmet yesterday (finishing 5th on stage 1), most likely with the CSA Steaua club team.
