I found out what the most extreme latitudes and longitudes of the Tour de France are, but I'm in doubt about the most extreme southern point. So please help me....

North: Reeth, Richmond (UK), cross Silverstreet/Placehill, stage 1, 2014, winner: Marcel Kittel, 54’3896″N

East: Berlin (GER), Kreuz Gardestrasse / Britzerdamm/ Blaschkoallee, stage 1, 1987, winner: Nico Verhoeven, 13’4387″E

South: Barcelona (ESP), Avinguda de l’Estadi at Carrer dels Jods del 92, stage 6, 2009, winner: Thor Hushovd, 41’3654N (Beware: Tours of 1957 and 1965 performed in Barcelona as well, and reached possibly a more southern point)

West: Cork (IRL), Lee fields, Carrigrohane road, stage 2. 1998, winner: Jan Svorada, 8'5206"W
