Of course, if this turns out someday to be the industry standard integrated handlebar-computer-braking solution then I'll eat my kevlar-reinforced aerodynamic hat.

    Quote
A little before the start, crash involving rider no. 167 ROGLIC Primoz (TLJ), who sustained an injury with lacerations and bruising of the distal end of the fourth finger of his left hand. He was medicated by the race doctors and took part in the race, which he completed regularly. He was medicated after the finish, and the wound was sutured with 5 stitches.

...and regarding #sky Moscon's very weird crash there, with his wheel basically just exploding out of flipping nowhere:

    Quote
During the race, crash involving rider no. 184 MOSCON Gianni (SKY), who sustained multiple contusions and lacerations to his right shoulder, arm, hip and thigh

Another enjoyable race today. Quintana looked impressive when he went, hats off to Thomas for trying to follow unfiortunately he'll never be able to compete with those pure climbers who can accelerate so unpredictably on steep climbs and these days there are more and more of those incredibly steep gradients creeping in to races such as the Vuelts

Shame GT lost so much time in the TTT, could have been an epic battle.

Minus the TTT and GT's subsequent stage win plus bonus seconds, he would have won by 3 seconds from Quintana.
Which is Sky's usual winning margin. :P :lol
