The result on Edosof has Contador as dropped from the team. He obviously was not though... did he have to swap bikes with someone maybe? They lost pretty much time in the 2nd part
The timing is a mess. Trek finished 50'10", not 51'10" as shown there.

BMC are complaining that Movistar riders were breaking the rules by pushing fellow riders during the TT.
There are a couple of incidents being shown on Twitter, apparently.

It was a tap nothing more nothing less. Wouldn't call it an offence.

Yup, the UCI rules are quite clear.
Someone had already pointed this out, elsewhere.
But when in Spain, you get their version of fair play.
No wonder the applaud successful dives in the penalty box.

Instead, we get the race leader that they wanted. To them it's as if the actually took a stance on the cheating.
    Hilarious.

That would make sense. I think 25% is the norm for a TT.

They could have said it wasn't a big enough "push" to actually be a push.
But now they acknowledge it was an offence but don't apply the right sanction.
This reminds me of another time when race juries pulled a sanction out of the air... I can't remember what it was??

looks like #manzana Molano and Piedra crashed and had to abandon the race. Taking that into account, it's a respectable result for Manzana Postobon, I would say, only a minute behind the worst World Tour teams

    I guess the 'reasoning'[1] is that Rojas, Amador & Oliveira pushed other riders 3, 2 & 1 time(s) respectively.
The pushed rider (Valverde, wasn't it?) obviously can't be penalised - how should he have avoided such a sneaky push by his up-to-no-good teammates?

If you are a UCI Commissaire you can miss a lot. like the more people that break a rule in a race the easier it is to actually see no one break a rule.
