Of course, if this turns out someday to be the industry standard integrated handlebar-computer-braking solution then I'll eat my kevlar-reinforced aerodynamic hat.

I'm not going now, so I wouldn't mind doing stage 9....................................as my new special treat. :fp :D

Just a tip for those writing previews: check if the stage map is complete. There seems too be a popular source where people get stage maps which only gives a half-map?

    (Is it the giro website?)

Yes, it's the Giro website. It's, frankly, mind-blowing.

I have figured out that if you right click and save the map directly (on the giro website) you get this strange half-map. However, if you click to zoom in on the map (full-page view) before you save the picture, you get the full map. I save this, then upload to imgur, and link from there to here. It's a few clicks but doable!

You don't even have to do the re-upload thing.
Click to zoom in on the map (full-page view), right-click, "save image URL", copy that in here (between the IMG brackets). Done.
    :)

Also it's comforting to see that even the Giro uses WordPress to manage their website. :D

That's generous by the Giro people. At least in the past, websites used to hate when forum posts linked directly to their content.  I think it is like "you can't take my information unless you also take my commercials". Anyway, this is great - only that I found out after I had downloaded and uploaded everything I need for my stage presentation.  :lol
