Only seven entries at the moment. Easy points available.

Any chance of the league code being tweeted?

     Nine now.
Given the start list it's a whole new level of guesswork.

  • Of course, if this turns out someday to be the industry standard integrated handlebar-computer-braking solution then I'll eat my kevlar-reinforced aerodynamic hat.

Congratulations to Mellow Velo! While we were watching Utah the other week, I was musing about which big W-52 rider to go for in my team and his advice was "Pick them all!". He followed his own advice and duly won.

However on closer inspection it was probably a different rider (Casimiro) who gave him the edge over his challengers. Josedin and ThePirate81 shared with him three picks (Alarcon, Antunes, Garcia), but they had the much cheaper Nocentini instead of Veloso (both scored roughly the same). Therefore they should have had the advantage, but were let down by people like Bibby, Figueiredo, Ariesen and Thurau.

Ozgur as predicted falls off the podium and although there is only the Vuelta and ToB left I believe, Russell's lead is beginning to look not quite so unassailable as before. If any of the other top-six can pull of a podium result in Spain then the cat could be among the pigeons.
