Odd that both companies seem so unaware of the concept of a clear and consistent company identity that the women's kit has almost* nothing in common:

*There are 2/3 of an Adidas logo on the sleeves and legs in common.

Lotto (we don't need to disambiguate that any more, which rather undermines Soudal's investment) has less red (and what is there is a rather more orangey tone?) and more white, and a few dots.

    Uninspired, but identifiable

They're putting more and more baby-blue on their kit.
What's the idea behind? Is there any idea behind?

It's not an Alpecin corporate colour, it's nothing Russian - ah sorry, the team is international with a Swiss license now. But it's nothing Swiss either. So what is it?!

Is it just me, or are cycling kits increasingly being produced along the design criteria for football kits.  Are they intending making them in XXXL sizes and a material suitable for wearing to the pub?

    Even more hideous, in fact.

The 2018 version had the ... things ... go out from the hansgrohe logo that itself fit decently into the (weird) design.
    This is unspeakable. :fp

Yes, the Factor logo from Last year appears to now be replaced by a Rosti logo.

Is there any relation between Roompot and Boels-Dolmans? Judging by their kits look like cousins or something.

None whatsoever. They're both Dutch teams, but that's really it.

Maybe they have the same kit designer - or orange and black are just en vogue again. ;)

AG2R: Why change a winning kit? :cool
    Vital Concept: WHAT? :o
Novo Nordisk: Nice touch with the "educate empower inspire", but totally illegible unless your nose is about 5 cm from the rider's belly. :S

Looks a bit odd in this pic. Could just be the way they are standing and/or the fade from black to orange giving a fake impression of a higher waistline.

    Better in this one.
