Just finished watching again.
That first tweet sums up the stage.
A lap and a half of racing just not enough to be very selective.

Btw: I am having real issues posting on the site, when using Firefox.....

Same, maybe it's telling me to finally ditch FF... It's a Chrome clone now and I have to use the latter for many more modern sites.

Pogacar seems to be legit. Gibbons survived Cameron Highlands last year (err 2017) remember so he's definitely not a single dimension.

20 riders over the Corkscrew makes it the least selective ascent to date.
So, come Willunga and it's all down to a race among the usual suspects......minus a few of the usual suspects. :D

So, a sprint stage ends up with more drama than the Corkscrew.
Bevin looked badly beaten up after the crash. Not sure whether he'll be OK for the Willunga finale.
Surprised they dqf'd the home town boy, Ewan.
The UCI making friends down under.

No idea how to post PCS's results, these days.

I'm fine with the relegation. It wasn't quite as bad as Renshaw's from a few years back, but then he got a full DSQ. Consistency is what is needed, which isn't always easy as things aren't always black and white.

    Renshaw's excuse. :lol

What in god's name am I supposed to be looking for in that Caleb Ewan clip? I've watched it four times but I've yet to come up with anything noteworthy.

Ewan and Philipsen are the riders vying for fifth position. Ewan, on the left, butts Philipsen with his head a couple of times to barge him off Sagan's wheel.

Ah, yes. Now I see the connection. Giving him the ol' "Renshaw."

Here's another angle with a slightly better view of the point of contact.

    Meh.
They could save a lot of money by just recording one edition of this race and replaying it each January.
Another 400 metres and Impey would have won on Willunga.

this is sorted for the oping weekend at least: Jasper Philipsen will get a free role for the Omloop and KBK, while Kristoff and Gaviria are both heading to the UAE Tour instead
