If he’s struggling with long Covid, I suspect he won’t be able to race at all. Career ending.

    In this article about Corratec, Frassi confirms the signing of a Giotti rider, who returned to winning ways this season after two difficult first years of his career.

    So that should be Nicolas Dalla Valla - a very good signing, I'd say.

    Kukrle ---------> #felbermayr

    Disappointing he couldn't get a PCT ride. However he won't do too badly financially I think, that was one of the reasons Turek signed there previously. Speaking of Dan, Kukrle have big boots to fill as his fellow countryman won the ORV-Radliga this year (the first Czech to achieve this feat I believe).

    #felbermayr also seems to be quite ambitious to up their game in 2023. They signed the DS from Maloja (not sure what that means for them, btw, as he essentially also was the team boss), and he said that they aim to attack more races also on international level, get results with an offensive racing style, and potentially even finish Top 10 (from the CT teams, I guess) in the Europe Tour rankings.

    I'll let you in on something: I only remembered Zoidl had left #felbermayr when reading this post that he went back there. :shh

    I was reading a bit of an interview with the main guy at Dsnty (or whatever the spelling is) a week or two back and he was talking about wanting the team to race internationally and not just SSBRs (I'm paraphrasing slightly :P) as his company are a global brand.

    yep, this also was confirmed in a Directvelo interview last week. They plan to do all three GT.

    Totat apparently will skip the Giro, though.

    "The team was selected to do the Tour de France and Vuelta a Espana in 2023", is what Manzin says.

    https://www.roadcycling.cz/clanek/do-att-investments-prichazi-sedm-novych-cyklistu-mezi-nimi-dva-jezdci-z-urovne-proteams

    The full list of new names for #att

    Raim
    Dina
    Kivistik
    Kelemen
    Turek
    Otruba
    Chyle

    Before he got the Bingoal gig, Guerin was interested in joining too.

    I think Otruba and Turek will be the best signings for them. Raim will hopefully do okay, but his Burgos experiment didn't work out and there's no guarantee he'll be able to get his ICA/Mazowsze mojo back.

    Dina I'm really not sure about. Really didn't do much at Eolo and his Pannon form was a long time ago in cycling terms. I guess his presence though will swing them a 2.Pro invite at the newly promoted Hongrie.

    Kivistik they hope will be able to replicate the type of rider Heming is. Impossible to judge yet. Maybe we'll get some idea after their Spanish camp in December.

    Kelemen is a trackie mainly and will be their oldest rider. Age is definitely something which jumps out at you looking at the team. Only four riders will be U23 eligible in 2023. Are they thinking about PCT in a couple of years time?

    Vino says the team would "like to pay a bit more attention to quite not a traditional discipline for us as a bunch sprint". Laas will get his own chances and help out the teams young sprinters (Gleb?)

    Chzhan will sign with them also.

    Big changes at Bike Aid.

    https://twitter.com/awesomewave13/status/1594397006599962624

    A lot of their established names leaving. I read a week or two back that they wanted to enhance their chances of getting a Deutschland Tour invite next year. So more Germans then? Maybe a return for Wolf.

    Two Africans were talked about as well, so there should be another to add to Yemane.

    Syritsa is now confirmed. Would also have been quite a shocker if not, tbh

    Eolo reunites the Bais brothers

    #androni Mattia Bais --> #eolo EOLO-Kometa

    https://twitter.com/EoloKometaTeam/status/1595689859536113664

    Davide had a pretty strong finish of the season, hopefully Mattia can find some of his old mojo again as well. He looked like a super promising, attacking rider when I first saw him with #friuli in Turul Romaniei, but turned into a somewhat hopeless early breakaway guy at Androni.

    Post Merge: November 24, 2022, 12:44
    Overall a pretty poor transfer campaign by Eolo, though. Apparently Basso promised five high profile transfers this Summer, of which Fedeli was announced to be the first one. Now Fedeli is off to Q36.5 again, and Bais & Garosio the only other pros to come in.

    With Raccani and Piganzoli they got two of the more promising Italian youngsters, to be fair, but overall the team still hasn't really gained much strength compared to old Kometa CT days.
