The course doesn't look that technical,  so its debatable whether the rain will make too much difference.

Apparently it is raining.... :(

Will it have ceased by the last of the favorites (wiggins)?.
Harsh for Vino who is on the course now.
That's the third time in the season rain may play tricks with his prologue. Which begs the question, who is the :censored at sky who watches weather forecasts? Stupidity

It seems to be a matter of him always going off towards the end, something Sky can change if it is the first stage yet they seem reticent to do.

00:06:50
For TJVG puts him in 15th

For martin, a bit disappointing yet it raises the question of who will beat Durbo especially if it continues raining.

For Quintana, a certain dutch cycling enthusiast was happy about that, he will defo go strong here imo

39. 00:07:06
For Rolland a bit on the disappointing side, yet you cant really expect much more from his TT atm.

Not much of a risk when over half of the favorites copied it, more like logic.

I would say most of the favourites (including stage + gc) are at the tail end but w/e.

The course doesn't look that technical,  so its debatable whether the rain will make too much difference.

Rain in itself, regardless of how technical will mean the road is wet, which means slower times.

clearly it makes a difference but some people are still doing reasonable times and not losing a bucketload.

Not a good time for Tony you'd think +5 off Durbridge. So course is affected by weather, risk pays(ed) off. What do I know? :D

It's a 6km prologue, 5 seconds is a lot of time :D

Didnt seem to be raining when Martin was on course.
Apparently Wiggins said in an interview he is always determined to start last of his team to show his shouldering the responsibility of team leader.

Rain getting worse! :) Though the fact that the course has long straights means that it won't have a major effect.
