Think Mat Amin and Fukushima lost quite a lot of time in a couple of the stages, and I'd say Harrif too.

Aye, bad luck for Genesys, cocked up early and had a bit of bad luck in one of the stages where they had a good chance. The Japan squad will be ace, this seemed a younger squad.

Great race for TSG, team of the race surely. Top effort.

and yet strangely did not win the teams classification

they dominated. think Genesys will be disappointed. Pressure on to the Japan team  ;D

The break is breaking up on the cat 4 climb

Crawford, Dadi, Fito Bakdo, Kimori, Fukushima and Arin Iswana hit the final climb together.
Iswana, Kimori and Fito Bakdo dropped off initially then Dadi dropped off.

The gap from Crawford and Fukushima to the peloton is 1m25s.. They have about 11km to go.

Update from Genesys

Quote
Aisan & Suren holding gap at 2:30 130km

think it is two cat 4 climbs towards the end. Bunch look to be in control of the break so think it is going to be hard to unseat Suren from the lead

Cheers Jono. Been a bit of a rough ride, hope you lot can get that win finally. Think it will be Torckler though, the guy's been mental.
Yeh looking at the Cat 2 near the finish I would say Torckler is going to sh*t it in.

I would have back Jai to go with him but given he's gonna be out there all day it'll be interesting. See how much headstart he gets.

latest update, after 90km done (so approaching half way) the break has 2.38

the bunch not going to let Crawford take too much of a lead

Genesys, Malaysian development and Suren controlling the bunch it seems

Crawford going for it on the last stage. there is a cat 4 near the end of the stage which is likely to break things up a bit as well

Break at 60km has 1.45

Crawford (RTS), Fukushima (TSG), Dadi, Iswana, (Putra), Agung (PSN), Fito (CCN), Kimori (CCN)

We have two DS's.

Steve is in Malaysia and is writting the updates and doing the twitter coverage. But Andrew our other and more regular DS can also jump on twitter and post stuff, it sounded like Andrew was the angry one after learning what eventuated in the stage :o

But I don't know....

A couple of our Mech also have the twitter log in so they can do updates during races..

Yeah not often you see the word laziness in a report. Made me think someone was in for a bollocking. Hopefully they can make good today
