Fenn is indeed very impressive I must say. Very nice to see Pelucchi up there as well. I really hope he'll have a great season this year. I think that him being with Europcar will do him good and he could have a big breakthrough this year.
All this talk about equality. The only thing people really have in common is that they are all going to die.

Hi Hugo, hope you feel welcome here.
I am one of the 11 with him in the CQ game, really a great start for him, should lead to more opportunities and more points.

mc you found a start this for today ?
Fignon - In my day, doping methods were derisory and the riders´exploits were massive.
For the last 15 years or so  it has been the other way rond: there is a huge number of ways in which riders can dope, and any exploits are derisory.

Thanks, I'm sure I will :)

Good pick in Fenn, he's up for a big year I assume now.

I only have Breschel and Puccio in Trofeo Deia.. Not very good  ::)

Apparently there was a kick up to the finish after the final descent, where Nordhaug attacked. So given the time gaps that suggests the RadioShack guys just didn't have the legs.

The group which came in after the breakaway was only 11 riders, so it must have been a tough day.

http://www.omegapharma-quickstep.com/en/news/show/roster-update-challenge-mallorca/129
Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team chose their riders for the final race of Challenge Mallorca: Trofeo Tramuntana.

"Tomorrow for the last test of the Challenge we are lining up three fresh riders at the start like Jerome Pineau, Michal Kwiatkowski and Serge Pauwels who we'll put up next to Kevin De Weert, Dries Devenyns, Tony Martin, Dario Cataldo, Kristof Vandewalle and Peter Velits," said Team Trainer Tom Steels. "The goal is to try to be protagonists again."

Trofeo Tramuntana is a 160.2 km race, and for certain a climber's course. There are two category 3 climbs, two category 2 climbs, and a category 1 climb that includes 935 meters of elevation gain for a handful of kilometers.

I'm really pleased that Lars Petter has finally gotten a win under his belt for Sky. Would love to be able to see some footage of the stage.

I should know this myself but are Puccio, Nordhaug and Henao all part of the group specifically assigned to Kurt Asle Arvesen's watch/care? I'm fairly certain Puccio and LPN are.  Regardless, it's definitely working well especially in KAA's first year in this capacity.

Not sure but saw on the team sky website Nordaug was crediting the work of Bobby Julich as his personal coach

That's right enough, Julich looks after Nordhaug and Arvesen looks after Henao, EBH, Lofkvist, Appolonio, Puccio and Sivtsov.  I had to hunt down the original article I saw that in just to make sure! http://www.procycling.no/article3295871.ece
