We dont have a set policy on that yet. My personal point of view would be that occasional talk for a few posts is fine. After that the thread gets split and moved. Mods may feel differently. Its not somethinng thats happened yet

Cheers Admin.

I dont want to bog the Velorooms down with a 'clinic' or derail threads so Mod my post should you feel the need.

Doping for a month then not continuing it through the season or only bothering in France? I don't have my head in the sand in regards to the peloton being pure but that is a pathetic and irrational viewpoint.

My view point pathetatic and irrational?

I did not suggest it was month!

I did not suggest it was only in France!

There is plenty of evidence of how easy it is to use enhancement without being caught.

I have refrained from hardcore 'clinic' talk on the Velorrooms and kept away from the 'clinic' as much as possible and I have no interest in starting it ere but this is pro cycling and i am not going to ignore the realities.

Mods: please feel free to remove all mention of doping from this thread that i have posted as i understand there is a section to discuss such matters.

Are NetApp gonna win this and justify their invite to the Giro?

Anyone know how good Bartosz Huzarski (NetApp) is over a short TT. Will Di Luca who seems to be going strong take a possible 10secs out of him?

Also the one place you don't want to do the dark stuff is France.

i want to believe in performances by riders but it sure is hard. too many times the sport has declared doping is a thing of the past or only a minority who cant survive the peloton without dope.

I agree that all sudden improvements are/should be met with suspicion. In order to achieve some sort of rational basis, I tend to look at who riders surround themselves with and who they associated with in the past.

On a scale of 1 to Contador, JTL scores hardly anything. As far as I'm aware.

Well as long as it's not that he's just not as good as he was being hyped up to be, that's what's important.

Seriously. It's good to dream.

I was commentating more on the fact that just because someone dominates a couple of races a month ago, doesn't necessarily mean he will perform now. Form has downward curves just as much as upward curves

And even without excuses - there's a little thing called form...

He was interviewed on Italian tv last night. He said his form was close to peak and that he'd be contesting the GC. He thought today's stage would define said GC.
Stomach bug yesterday and no sleep as a result means DNS.
