not to be too negative but click on to see the peloton now have to wait 25 km for something to happen

 ;D - can´t win them all
Fignon - In my day, doping methods were derisory and the riders´exploits were massive.
For the last 15 years or so  it has been the other way rond: there is a huge number of ways in which riders can dope, and any exploits are derisory.

It must be good to get the first stage under their belt. Cav and the rest of the Sky team obviously taking it fairly steadily. Well done to Boonen. He looked strong.

Still only know the top10 so far, good to see someone giving the TDU a run for their money.

A good result for Blythe, seemed to be on his own for the best part of the last 2k fighting for wheels, made a surge at about 750m to go to get Boonen's wheel, but nothing left to get past tommke, led out well by OPQS.

Hopefully Blythe can stay with his teammates in the TTT and show well the rest of the week.

Oss/Sagan will be a strong duo if the wind gets up.

Decent report, they won't be reporting about the Cav's Doharrhoea after English trots in the UAE.

The Beeb's website is sh!t. Maybe that's why it is yellow.

Wow, Tom Boonen winning a sprint, with relative ease, against quality opposition. Respect. Blythe and Farrar gaining points for my CQ team is also good.

TTT tomorrow, I'm putting my money on Shack-Nissan, with Garmin 2nd.
