I would normally expect a time trial to cause a bit of a shake up in the rankings, but where riders are not separated by very large time gaps, at least towards the top of GC, the better TTer is in front anyway.  So tomorrow might see the sorts of scores in the game more typical of a breakaway stage.

Bminchow and I have 6 riders in common, 5 of whom are now DNF...

    Stage 20 Time trial that changed almost nothing

    Won't change the Green game much either:
    VAN AERT Wout      80      0
    ASGREEN Kasper      50      0
    VINGEGAARD RASMUSSEN Jonas      35      0
    KÜNG Stefan      25      0
    BISSEGGER Stefan      15      1
    CATTANEO Mattia      10      1
    BJERG Mikkel      5      1
    POGACAR Tadej      3      3
    CORT NIELSEN Magnus      2      1
    VAN BAARLE Dylan      1      0

    Green points
    1      Titan31      15
    2      RedheadDane      10
    3      JonEzeitza      5
    4=      AmisVelo      3
    4=      BluesInTheBottle      3
    4=      Shalgo      3
    7      BikeRacer33      2

    The three Pogacar teams are in the top ten overall, but with only 3 points each for them today they don't improve their position, there is a good chance that they will all drop out tomorrow if Cavendish gets that record.

    Yellow points

    POGACAR Tadej      23      3
    BISSEGGER Stefan      15      1
    CATTANEO Mattia      10      1
    BJERG Mikkel      5      1
    CORT NIELSEN Magnus      2      1
    KUSS Sepp      2      1
    POWLESS Neilson      1      1
    ELISSONDE Kenny      -2      1

    I don't think I ever remember a day with so few scorers on a day in a GC game, and with no negative points at all
    1=      AmisVelo      23
    1=      BluesInTheBottle      23
    3      Shalgo      21
    4      Titan31      15
    5      RedheadDane      10
    6      JonEzeitza      5
    7=      BikeRacer33      2
    7=      Triley36      2
    9      Koronin      1

    Not a single change in positions, so not much point in a standings table: see above.

    A bit later, just so that you could enjoy the suspense (about as much as having Stage 21 in the evening when there is a 5 minute + lead)

    Stage 21 Paris et finis

    VAN AERT Wout      80      0
    PHILIPSEN Jasper      50      1
    CAVENDISH Mark      35      10
    MEZGEC Luka      25      0

    MATTHEWS Michael      5      0
    ARANBURU DEBA Alexander      3      2
    BARTHE Cyril      2      0
    WALSCHEID Maximilian      1      1

    Last batch of Green points

    Two of the Cavendish teams also have Greipel, that equals Pantani's points from Philipsen.
    1      Googolplex      50
    1      Lecko      50
    1      Pantani_lives      50
    4      Bonimenier      35

    4      Otoxiep87      35
    4      Salvarani      35
    12      Search      15

    Final Green points
    Third for Cavendish was good enough for two of his teams to get back into the top ten, but not all three.  It *was* possible to beat Cavendish.
    1      Lecko      646      0
    2      Salvarani      615      0
    3      Otoxiep87      576      0

          Collective_Wisdom      148

    Congratulations to Lecko, a first timer in these games and coming away with a win, based on six stage wins (4xCavendish, 2xMohoric as a unique pick).

    Yellow points
    Final instalment for each rider

    PHILIPSEN Jasper      50      1
    CAVENDISH Mark      35      10
    GREIPEL André      15      3
    ARANBURU DEBA Alexander      3      2

    And the final, if rather minor, adjustments to each manager's score:

    Congratulations to Leadbelly, and to Shalgo and Amis Velo for filling the podium.  It is probably good for the game that a well balanced team with multiple top ten riders and a good sprinter can prevail against teams with a probably predictable (although expensive) race winner who picks up 260 yellow jersey points.

    A fairly comprehensive win for Velorooms, which has 1st, 3rd and 5th, and only one of the bottom 11 teams.

    Thanks to the riders, the Tour, CQ and PCS websites, and to everyone who took part, and I'll hope to see you all again for La Vuelta in about 3 weeks (and later today, or maybe tomorrow, with some data crunching, but all the numbers are here in the spreadsheet.)

    Best winners speech!

    Congrats Leadbelly to your deserved win and a big thank you to AC for not only putting this together but also sparing the participants of this game the disgrace of the last place :).
